Rajasaurus: The King Lizard of the Narmada

Rajasaurus narmadensis was a carnivorous abelisaurid that lived in the Late Cretaceous the final stretch of the age of dinosaurs, before the extinction event roughly 66 million years ago.
Why the name? Raja means king. The animal resembled a T. rex in general build, but carried a horn or crest on its head a crown, effectively. Further fossils found along the Narmada river gave it the narmadensis suffix.
